Preinstalled Standoffs

First time system builder and I have the Corsair Carbide Series 400R and I took some pics. My question is, are those preinstalled Standoffs? The top is just raised holes and the middle and bottom looks like standoffs already in place. Do I have to put any standoffs in before I install the Mobo? The Mobo is a ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3. The case came with 4 (I assume they are just extra)

Yes, you need stand-offs. If the pre-installed ones cover all the screw holes in you MB then no, you don't need to install more. Simply check this very easily by fitting the MB in first... you'll know then if any are missing.

In that 2nd pic, are the raised holes on the top and botttom standoffs then?

They are required and yes they are standoffs.

You just need to align them with your motherboard.

i had a 400r they come with standoff already install for a atx mobotest fit it and you will see it will fix perfectly fine

is the hole at the bottom where matx is written (1st pic) is a stand-off or not ?
also one more question if it is a stand off and i put an extra stand off on it will it cause a problem ?
