Good stuff. As Hobie said, core 2 is definitely not always the fastest. I test each core individually in 1M and the differences can be significant.
You also have to balance that out with which core is stable enough for 32M. For example, one core may be more "efficient" than the other, but it may be 50MHz lower in 32M stability... so if you're going for top times, there's a LOT of testing.
And another thing: it's not 32mb or 32MB. This benchmark calculates pi to 32 million digits, so it's 32M.
