I would say there is indeed enough room for a raid controller. The EK SLI-Bridge overhangs the slot, but it is well above the standard card height, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Finishing Water Connections

It is turning out pretty well, this was also leak tested without problem. The entire mobo tray can be pulled out via QD on the top and bottom.

Awesome development, I need some more 23" or 24" monitors at work so I am pulling my AW2310s taking them back. The 27s are out now (3D), so my new triple 27" Asus VG278H will be here Friday!

Modding the Pump mount

During leak testing, this thing vibrated the chassis. Jim, I need more help here! I need a better non-vibrational mount for this thing! It makes too much noise!

I drilled out the mounts and grabbed some rubber grommets from an unused fan mount:

It is still not enough for me, something needs to be done here.

EDIT: I sent Jim an email, I hope he is interested in building a specialty piece for this reservoir!

Priming the Radiator Run

My radiator was already primed with my flush/filter system, but I tried to plug into my QD at the bottom of the shelf, and the pond pump wasn't able to flush the line, even with some suction from yours truly.

I then moved the flush/filter system to the top of the ladder, and connected where the radiator was to be installed, with a bypass at the bottom. Even then, the pond pump didn't have enough, but with some more suction/priming from me, I was able to first prime one line at a time, then get both lines moving. I let both lines flow for an hour or two, then re-primed the radiator (since I introduced some air when priming from the bottom).

The radiator is all ready to go now:
