Why would they not make this for retail? Bummer. They could at least do a limited run of 500 cherry picked chips, they'd gain far more publicity that way.

It is coming to retail

Its just that this review card is an engineering sample.

The author makes note that the retail release will have an updated BIOS, improved components and adjustable memory voltage. But holy crap, did they seriously just run 1.5v through a 28nm GPU on air cooling? I'm surprised the chip didn't crap itself

are those fin made of aluminium?gees no wonder the need to make the cooling system so big lol!wish company didnt try to reinvent the wheel.copper is what should have been there (on my view)
