Only if your motherboard has a slot of that size pin. If you have 240-pin DDR2 slots, you won't be able to put 184-pin DDR RAM into it.

And if yuo have one of those boards that takes both DDR and DDR2, no, you cannot use them at the same time. It's one or the other.
