so now u know the system bottleneck.. either loosen the timings.. which will defeit the entire overclock pretty much.. or buy some ram that can take the higher speeds.. unless u need that speed i would just stop where i was and say thats enough..

well i dont really need 2.6 i just want it. 2.55 is ok, but 2.6 would be better, would it really hurt my system that much if i lossened the timings a little more?

OCCT for a good and reasonably quick test. When you have reached a stable satisfying level that passes OCCT try prime 95 which I think can be a bit flaky
Links in the link

Either loosten the timings or drop down the RAM a notch with a divided one step from the default speed.

Several options here.
1. Set the RAM on a divider.
2. Relax the RAM timings
3. increase the CPU voltage if possible and if full load temps allow.
4. Reduce the OC.

Your doing well be patient and things will come your way.

i dont know how to do ram divders, do you mean like change it from 533mhz ram in bios to 400 mhz ram?

and what do you mean by relax? u mean loosen them more?

Yes, that is using a divider

Relax or lossening them is increasing the numbers.
4-4-4-8, 4-4-4-10 and 4-4-4-12 seem to work well.
Opps, BTW, not sure what will work foryou currenttimings that are in the CPU-Z shot but dropping to the 400MHz setting will give you more CPU ocing headroom with out having to loosen your timings.

Yes.
Actually, when OCing you want to use the default MBs RAM speed (and if necessary even a lower setting), and not set it at the RAM's speed. Unless of course the RAM can manage speeds that high but few if any can and those that can cost big bucks!

Some DDR2 800 can hit over 1100 but the $$$ factor is way up there!
