BF3 recording issues

So I am able to record bf3 but no higher then 30fps or it becomes so choppy I can't play what can I do to fix this issue??

Second issue is when uploaded to youtube after being converted to 1080P the dark area's seem blocky and slightly grayed looking, how can I fix this?

Recording with fraps and converting with Any video coverter.

See sig rig for system used and game settings are default High with 4x aa and color blind on.

turn off color blind, and AA will help some. make sure you have fraps set to record to another drive if you have one. otherwise it is trying to use the same drive as the game and will slow things down a little.

Will try any thought on the grayed out dark areas?

well it could be becuse of the color blind mode shading the dark area's differantly. other than that i dont have a clue why it would do that.

You could try to use the programs I use: Bandicam  and Freemake Video converter. Haven't tried on BF3 through.
