Asrock extreme 3 gen 3 / i5-2500K: A stable bios settings comparison table for common offset mode multis (spoiler alert)

Hi everyone,

I'm putting up a new thread to show some stable bios settings for an i5-2500K/Asrock Extreme 3 gen 3 combo for common multi's x45, x46, x47, x48 with associated VIDS, Temps and voltages.
I thought my results might be useful because I have a pretty standard rig with air cooling, and a pretty standard cpu, so my hope is that these results can help the people seeking a 24/7 overclock, but don't yet have access to high end cooling or high end mobo's to support extreme overclocks.

I also thought someone might find it useful to see four overclocks side-by-side to use as a basis for comparison for the offsets etc and what to expect regarding temps/voltages etc, for when they go to do their own overclock.

I've included screenies to show that each setting was indeed, stable. These settings also pass 20 mins each of 1344, 1792 and 2688 FFTs p95 custom 95% RAM.

Hope someone finds this useful!

Looks great! Temps look quite impressive for a $30 air cooler.
