I would take a single 690 over a single Titan any day. smile.gif
In fact the only upgrade that I would ever recommend would be as follows:

2 Titans over 1 690 and 3 Titans over 2 690s. This is based on my experience with both cards, and both configurations. Unfortunately, the Titan tri sli ( or quad sli for Titan for that matter which may never happen) drivers are not optimized yet, but I am hoping that Nvidia gets around to it soon, or all my expenditure would have been in vain.

Less performance but better frame times on the Titan vs 690. Normal for dual vs single GPU. With frame metering on the 690, micro stuttering isn't even worth considering for me as an issue. Some prefer the single card solution. If this dual GPU had issues I'd concur but after 9 months I cannot say it does. I love mine. smile.gif

Up to you and your preference as it's very subjective depending on who you ask. In the end no real losers with either GPU as they are both amazingly powerful for current gen gaming.

Quick Edit....if your going multiple monitors - go Titan. If staying single monitor 2GB VRAM is enough right now on 1440p or below.

Single 1440P for me as of now...Just moved up to 1440P from 2 1200P Dells...Don't feel like I really need 2 1440P monitors, and I am definitely not into surround gaming....

If I were you guys I wouldn't waste your time. After trying various different bios's and ways to get my voltage over 1.175 I don't think its possible without a hard mod.

Ah man, I would have bought those in a second if I had not bought mine a couple weeks ago.
