I found some benchmarks where the 690 on ultra was averaging at 70fps completely maxed out at 5760x1080. What I am asking is it should be around 90fps on high settings? I don't think one Titan right now would do well with three asus vg248qe monitors. Basically I am asking if I can hook up 3 of these monitors to one gtx 690 and still get an awesome experience
I understand, in my opinion one 690, one Titan, or two 680s is not going to give what most people would call an awesome experience at 5760x1080. I think that would take two Titans. But if you are willing to turn down all the settings then 690 will be able to handle it. I can’t tell you what exactly your FPS will be though since it will be dependent on what game and how far your turn down each graphics setting. I game on a single monitor at 2560x1600 and the 690 is great for me. I did quick test with my three work monitors, and while it worked fine, my eyes got a little tired of the bezels and fish eye effect, and I like being able to up the settings on my single 30 inch.
Someone else here might run triple monitors with a single 690, they would be able to give you more specific info.
