I like the whole statement. Makes sense, doesn't BF3 already do that sort of? It will just eat up whatever amount of available VRAM there is, even if it doesn't really need it. smile.gif

Here is my screenshot. This PC is not made for games only.. because of 2 monitors and one running via HDMI (LG 3D TV 27", I do a lot of 3D video edit) and resolution is only 1080p (DVI->HDMI) smile.gif So by this I got this smile.gif

I see everyone of us is playing Battlefield 3? smile.gif Should we make a GTX 690 club Battlefield 3 Tournament? biggrin.gif So only 690 users play? smile.gif

P.S. What temps are max for 690s? As far I see 80C is only 30% fan speed..

Guys, can you check my Valley benchmark results and compare with yours? I see not much better than GTX780 (other tread):

Is your CPU overclocked? If its not, maybe its stops the GPUs to performe to the Maximum

Yes, to 4.8Ghz. And it is not overloaded, around 60%. I would like to compare with others, 690 owners here.

I dont think valley registers the real clock speed. happened to me before while running a SLI of 680s Lightning, btw kinda low for a double GPU I scored 104.1 FPS

My monitor is 2560x1440....but I can give my system a Valley run later once back at home, and I'll just run at 1920x1080. You just selected the extreme HD preset and didn't change anything else?
