I scored about 15,300 with settings of 2600k 4.5 and sli 680s at stock. Anyway believe what you want , I'm not trying to big note.. I was after a 690 but couldn't track one down.. I'm sure the new drivers will pull out a bit more performance..
I don't have a problem believing that at all...my score with a stock 690 was at P15,125 (it's some pages back, I posted it). With a modest core and mem OC (not max, haven't found that yet), I raised it to P15438. Again, it's natural that the 680s in SLI will pull ahead, there's no doubt about that - but we're talking literally 3-4% or a few hundred points in 3DMark11. That's really not a big discrepancy at all. And again, I will take a 3-4% performance loss with a 690 and draw 20% less power, output less heat, and have it be much quieter all in a single card over a pair of 680s any day. That said, there's nothing more to prove. 680s in SLI will always come out on top, ever so slightly, and I don't think anyone is challenging that at this point.

Both the 3930k and 690 are stock, no oc, nothing what so ever.

Definitely a sweet score, man. Again, mine was P15125 @ stock 690 clocks, 4.7Ghz OC on the 3930K. We've still got a lot of room left...in fact, I think only one person here found a max OC for their 690, and I can't even confirm it right now. We'll get a better idea in the weeks ahead i'm sure.
