Quick heaven bench,i increased the core clock up by 10mhz and the memory clock up to a massive 500mhz!Fully stable
Things are starting to get hot now as card is hitting mid 70s in temps, max on the core is now 1186mhz full load.

Monitoring software:EVGA Precision(Seems more stable than Afterburner for me)
Driver:301.33
Rating on Driver:Good driver but could and will get better, certainly better than the horrendous 301.34

Power target:135
Gpu clock offset:130mhz
Memory clock offset:500mhz

Gpu1:1186
Gpu2:1176/1186
Max temp:75 Degrees
Fan speed:70
Max volts:1.175

This is a great oc and i feel there is more to squeeze out of these on air with this driver!

The drivers will get better, guaranteed which will improve oc.
I will be pushing this card further as i have not hit oc threshold yet.

Any of you guys got to play anything on your cards or just benchmarks?
Seems that the 670/680 is plagued by stuttering and I wonder if this affects 690 as well. Hopefully it's just a driver issue and not a hardware bug - that would really suck for us frown.gif

Another bench using Heaven.
00002.jpg

Power target:135
Gpu clock offset:140mhz
Memory clock offset:500mhz

Gpu1:1196
Gpu2:1186/1196
Max temp:68 Degrees
Fan speed:80
Max volts:1.175

For Hilbert(Guru3d) to get 1250mhz on the core stable is outstanding, obviously the sample cards are much better than the ones that are for sale, ive noticed this about many reviewers, there sample cards seem to be better generally.

Im still happy with this oc that ive achieved and im confident i will be able to go even higher once a proper driver comes out as the drivers at the moment are hit and miss i feel.

What's the core offset? I was able to do 145 and 700 but 150 would crash

Do you think we should be downloading 'The EVGA SLI Enchancement' driver? Or is it being already incorporated with our GTX 690's in the current 690 drivers?

Hmmmm can you do anything? Or is it immediately giving you issues the second you apply the oc?

I can run heaven with 700 but couldn't make it through 3d mark set that high.

Also maybe you posted somewhere else but what are your system specs? Maybe fill in your specs so we can see what your running

im fine at 135 power
130 core
500 memory
With these settings im stable in everything, whenever i try 700 on the memory the screen flickers like a rainbow of colours as soon as i hit apply on evga precision,i then have to reset my 3 bars as the artifacting knocks everthing down to stock levels,it happens for about 2 seconds the flickering so 700 is ano go area for me,my card wont even accept it.

Ill add my rig soon but im running a rampage 2 extreme,930 cpu at 4.4 ht on fully stable in prime, linx, occt and ibt.
6gb of corsair xms.
My cpu and motherboard is fully watercooled with the best custom water cooling components, its a little old but its a good performer at 4.4 and is rock solid stability wise.

I was thinking this gigabyte 690 card is ok,what do you guys think of my max oc below
1176 pcb1
1176 pcb2
I can run at this for 24/7 use

Or shall i send my card back and get an msi card as my retailer has them instock....opinions welcome
