I tried it on the 3570k. They did not approve because they cannot match in-store price only.

Well TG's 3770K deal of $319.99 - $20 Rebate is over. The current price is $339 - $20 REBATE. So you pay near full price now and wait about 6-8 weeks for the rebate. Decide for yourself if that's a worthwile deal (Rebate expires (5/5/2012). Similar deal on the 3570K: $229.99 - $20 Rebate.

As far as MC in Tustin, CA (my local store), they're out of stock for both the 3570K and 3770K, no news on when a new shipment will arrive. However, at $189.99 and $289.99, they're still the best price. It's just a matter of how close someone is to a MicroCenter.
