Exactly what I'm aware of ..

What is the stock vcore for 3570k? Mine seems jumping up and down a bit

Hi I am new to i5 3570k as well.

Here's my setup
i5 3570k @ stock
asrock z77 extreme4
zalman cnps9900max w/ included thermal grease STG2
corsair vengeance 8GB CL9 DDR31600
Corsair 500R (switch 2 stock intake fans to the top exhaust and 2X CM R4 as intake)

My vcore is jumping as well from 1.0 - 1.1.

From cold boot to about 20mins of usage - my idle temp is about 31-32C w/ ambient temp around 26C.
my zalman is running at 1700RPM and full on for all other chassis fans (5X in total)
I won't say the temp is great but the airflow is pretty great.
But it sounds like a wind tunnel. LOL, well it's within my tolerance so.....
And i think it is louder than my other setup with corsair H50 pushpull w/ 2X CM R4, another 3X CM R4 + 2X 200mm.
