Was that simply validated or were there benches run? Though I'm sure heat will just kill his chip before voltage... I don't think he's running any kind of exotic cooling. Its a shame, I really would like to see a documented trial where someone ran a 2500k at something like 1.55v 24/7 for a while (within reasonable temps, etc) to test the degradation theory.

The die is still the same size, they are all pretty similar chips.

I have an i3 2100 and it sucks ..........

cant tell if trolling or just want to watch the world burn .....

SB degreades fairly easy; maybe hes not going to kill it 1 shot, but it will degrade over time VERY easy, happened to me TWICE

nothing is going to happen ..chill.. i pump 1.62v (i think it was 1.64) on H20 and the chip didn't degrade at all ,fold around 1.45+v for few weeks and you will have different outcome
