Its a registry entry that unlocks new options in the Nvidia Control Panel. You will see an overclocking option that has become available, click this and select "detect optimal settings" this will overclock your card.
He just said he already had that available. I think the newest Forcewares has it directly embedded.

Well i got my speed up to 3.06Ghz per core. 3.07 crashed but i'm thikning that i didnt give it enough voltage? i've upped my voltage from 1.42 to 1.45.. will that make much difference and with that extra voltage could i achieve higher speeds or would i need to up the voltage more and or something else?

You really shouldn't be OC with stock cooling based on your current CPU load temps, increases in voltage may attain stability at higher frequencies but at a cost of extra heat produced. Invest in a Zalman cooler and some AS5 and you will have better results. Also remember that your memory will restrict you as you increase the FSB, use a memory divider and you will go further...

Well i havent been going over 55C since o/c so i think i could up the voltage a bit more. But yeah i will definatly invest in some better cooling for it
