I would also suggest a 6950 2GB ESPECIALLY for BF3 as it's VRAM usage is usually around 1.4 GB at 1080P with MSAA 4x at ultra. While the crossfire choice will have a higher output GPU wise you'll be limited in newer games, BF3 being one of the major ones, by the lack of VRAM at 1 GB. Not to mention you can down the road upgrade to a second 2 GB 6950 for cheap and still have the benefit of the 2 GB of ram in Xfire.
