Crucial M4 128GB has been going on sale on and off a lot recently. Can get it for $110 at Buy.com if you really want one.

Ive looked around for awhile and these are some of the stuff ive decided on. Id appreciate all input/suggestion you guys can give me!

Here are some of the stuff i decided to use for my budget of $1500:

Intel Core i7 3770 Quad Core Hyperthreading Processor LGA1155 3.5GHZ Ivy Bridge 8MB Retail

ASUS P8Z77-V Pro LGA1155 Z77 DDR3 SLI 3PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 2PCI SATA3 DisplayPort USB3.0 Motherboard

Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM SATA3 64MB Cache 3.5IN Internal Hard Drive

Corsair Professional HX750W 750W ATX 12V 62A 24PIN ATX Modular Power Supply Active PFC 140MM Fan

NZXT Phantom Full tower.

Now i still need a SSD and some RAM (8/16g both ok), anyone have any suggestions?

and as for the video card, hopefully the Nvidia gtx 670 will be coming out soon.

I'd value all input given, as i am probably a complete newbie at this. Thanks Guys!

ssd: curcial m4 128 GB on a SATA 3.0 slot. using it as a boot drive the difference is DRAMATIC. windows starts up in literally 5 seconds.
RAM: gskill has been perfectly fine for me. alot of people use the corsair dominators.

if it's your first build i reccomned the cheap and reliable 1600 gskills.

The 3770k will give little to no performance improvement over a 3570k for gaming. A 3770k is more like a specialty processor for video rendering, 3570k is best for gaming.

One thing I consider with all gaming builds is acceptable noise level while idle (fans will be loud no matter what while gaming). If you get a GTX 680, I'd consider the Palit version. It is the #1 quietest version of the 680 while idle, and reasonable when fans are fully spinning.

The best price/performance card right now is probably 7850 or GTX 480.. both around $250 to $300.
