How to disable Windows mouse propeties

Windows mouse properties conflict with my Razer Lachesis controls..

First of all can someone explain me IN DETAIL, what is the difference between sensitivity and win pointer speed - 2 of the properties located in the Razer Lachesis menu?

Why would you not just leave windows sensitivity at 6 and let the razor drivers control your sensitivity with dpi while leaving sens in the razor drivers default.

in windows i set everything to the fastest in windows.... and then i set up my razer profiles with in the razer drivers software.
