Haven't done any modding lately, I ran into a couple issues with my system and have upgraded a couple things...

One of my EVGA GTX 560tis decided to start artifacting so I had to RMA it... the replacement should be here by the middle of the week.

I sold my Gigabyte 990FX-UD3 motherboard and purchased an Asus Crosshair V, which fits in nicely with the black and red interior.

I purchased a OCZ Solid 3 60 GB SSD for a Windows drive.

Okay, bonus check was equal to another week's pay this quarter so that means more waste funds!

Most of the money is going to other stuff however I am buying a Phobya Xtreme Nova 1080 radiator for this build.

450

This means my tubing will be a lot less messy than what I have currently since my two 240 radiators will disappear.

Also I just saw a post the other day with cable sleeved tubing... this I want. Does anyone know if 1/2" sleeving will fit on 3/4" OD tubes? Will it be too stretched? Answered my own question.. for one I have 5/8" and it slides over easily.

That is an external radiator correct? Will it be fitted to the side of the case? Because if not why did you get such an enormous case?

Yes it attaches directly to the side of the case. The holes are pre drilled on the side panel for it.

Thank you!

Most people do not like this case but to me, it's perfect. I was gonna buy a Mountain Mods Pinnacle at some point (because I could never spend $400 on a U2-UFO) but this is much better.

I wanted reverse orientation motherboard mounting but all the cases that had that were too small and cramped or wouldn't fit my water cooling. I need/want a big case that I will probably never have to replace. The space for expansion is virtually limitless.

Radiator has arrived. Also, with it, was my sleeving kit... Mod Smart pro kit in UV red.

Just waiting for a couple fittings and tube connectors so I can rebuild the system, yet again, lol.

Here's how the sleeving will look on my tubing with a compression fitting... I'll tell you what, that's a tight fit! 1/2" sleeving on 5/8" OD tube... the compression fitting takes some work to slide over it to thread down.
Decided against doing this, I probably should have bought 3/4" compression fittings in order to do this... and I like to see if I have air in the system anywhere.

Too bad, it looked nice.

No time ambition or money to work on this build lately...

I have been working on my truck for a state inspection... my brake lines rusted through and I had to replace all my lines, front and back. That was fun. Now I have to finish some body work. There went all my spending cash. mad.gif

Anyway, I have been trying to figure out what I wanted for feet on this beast. The case does not come with any, I have looked at all kinds of cool options online. Most of them are very expensive. I was originally going to get casters but couldn't find any to my liking and/or correct size.

Today while in Home Depot I walked by and checked again... I saw these...

They cost $3.97 and work perfectly. The case slides across my desktop as if it weighs 10 pounds now.
