Help needed for a $2000 Gaming PC Build!  

Hello OCN Members,
I am planning for a gaming PC build. Following will provide more information about it :
- This PC will be used in USA till July 2013. After that, I plan to take most of the parts with me to India except Case and Monitor (which I hope I would be able to sell here).
- Max budget will be $1500.
- No OC for at least one year.
- Main use : Gaming, Browsing.
- Planning to build by mid May.

Following is the configuration I have come up with after researching for a day :
1. CPU -- Intel i5 2500k -- $219
2. Memory -- Corsair Vengence 2X4GB -- $53
3. Motherboard -- AsRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3-- $122
4. GPU -- Sapphire Radeon 7950 HD -- $389
5. PSU -- Corsair TX750 v2 -- $105
6. CPU Cooler -- Cooler Master V8 -- $59
7. Internal HDD -- WD Caviar Blue 250 GB -- $70
8. Internal SSD -- OCZ 60GB -- $74
9. Optical Drive -- LG DVD Burner -- $17
10.Case -- HAF 932 Advanced -- $130
11.Monitor -- Acer 21.5 LED -- $130

All coming to ~$1370.
Already bought Corsair K90 keyboard and M60 mouse!
My questions are :
- What do you think about the build? All suggestions/criticism are welcome.
- Can PSUs rated at 110V/60Hz be used in India (220V/50Hz AC) ?
- Can the motherboard support future processors and GPUs using PCIe 3.0 ?
- Can the system sustain the rigors of adding another 7950 AMD gpu without bottle-necking itself ?
- Can the current PSU withstand another 7950 AMD card if I am upgrading my PC next year?
- Some suggestion needed for Monitor as for now I have simply put Acer. It should be 1080p, <= 24 inch, LED.

This is my first post here but I am an avid reader of the forum articles here since 2 years . I am sure I will get all the expert advice. Sorry for the long post!!

@072665995 - Regarding the IB i5 version, I went through one article by TechRadar

The reviewer has a feeling that i5 2500k owners should not see a great deal of improvement with new IB brigade. Though convincing reviews have to come still. I am sure a great article will be in order to appear on this site!
Ok, silly question - Whats superior in Z77 board? as compared to Z68 version ?

When I did my last build in India, I very much loved CM cases. I need to check out the ones suggested by you. If its black, all black painted, suffiecient air flow then its the one.
I was under the impression that since 3GB GPU is gonna make the CPU work its arm off, I will need an elevated cooling solution than 212+. I will do some RnD over it.

@Amateur OCer - Good suggestion dude, I will surely want to add double the space if its costing only $10 extra.

@Khmor - WIll 212+ suffice for CF 7950 ?

@Kyronn94 - Looks like OCers are against CM V8. WIll make that change to my log. Will check out Corsair SSD tonight. I think I need to go through the following to understand some diff between Z77 and Z68.

Also do you think I will benefit by switching to new IB proccy + mobo by making my system somewhat pseudo future-proof? Because these have been just now launched so it might cost an arm and a leg :-|. More research for me..
