Ok guys, I must apologise... it has been a very long time since I last updated this thread with anything(a month and a half in fact), how time flies when I'm having fun with a new job. ANYWAYS, sleeving!

Yes I still have plenty to do(sleeving the molex and SATA power cables), still need to get a fan controller as well(1850RPM gentle typhoons aren't too loud, but they move much more air then I need them to) which I will clean up when I get around to it, oh and my HDD mounts... they need some work, I'll actually put them on properly like the SSD the next chance I get smile.gif

Yeah... resurrected... I have a habit of starting tons of things and not finishing them, this is one thing I want to finish, even if it takes a lot time smile.gif

As for my job, I work in a boarding school... the weekends are a lot of fun assuming the kids(I look after 11 year olds) behave themselves, they did over the weekend wheee.gif

looks good cant wait to see it done, im still trying to decide on a new case, 800D TJ07, Merlin SM8, or Magnum M8----such a difficult choice!!

Thanks! My opinion on these cases:

TJ07- Requires modding to even have a chance of competing with similar cases in this day and age, however if you are willing to get your hands dirty the possibilities are endless! Also has been a very popular case over the years, but not many people use it these days because it requires much more modding...

800D- Very good case, has lots of possibilities however not as many compared to the other cases listed without requiring extreme modding. Oh and it's made out of steel, the others are made out of aluminum so they are much lighter and easier to work with imho.

Merlin SM08- No comment, I know absolutely nothing about it tongue.gif

Magnum M8- Thanks for the conversation comparing the TJ07 and M8 chunky, it takes a lot of inspiration from the TJ07(really though, what big case doesn't?), if you are looking for a case to mod this definitely isn't the one because everything is already done for you! tongue.gif Out of the three I know of this is by far the best case(if you don't particularly want to mod), however what comes with that is the increased price...

Just my thoughts on each case(well, most of them), your choice really depends on how far you are willing to go modding wise(and partly how much you are willing to spend), either way you can end up with an amazing looking case smile.gif

800D- Very good case, has lots of possibilities however not as many compared to the other cases listed without requiring extreme modding. Oh and it's made out of steel, the others are made out of aluminum so they are much lighter and easier to work with imho.

i wish i could afford to just buy all three biggrin.gif that would make life so much easier...funny how i make the case the hardest part to choose in my new upcoming build...considering the tj07 simply because its not used as often and ill prob order the case first so i have time to mod as i order parts...the 800d is becoming a little too popular now so i feel like id be brushed into the "ohhh another kool kid with an 800d club" tongue.gif plus builds like your in the tj07 make it a difficult choice...still have too weeks too decide...the caselabs are der on the large side though and take less modding :/ good and bad...kinda talked myself into the TJ07 now didnt I...though that could change in two weeks quite easily
