Is this screen tearing or something else?

As you can see above I am having some video problems and random BSOD.

I am running a XFX HD7970 video card with three monitors.

27" Yamakasi 2560x1440 with dual link DVI cable connected to the DVI port on the video card
24" Dell U2410 1900x1200 with dual link DVI cable connected to an active display port adapter plugged into a display port on the video card
24" Samsung Sync Master 245BW 1900x1200 with a dual link DVI cable connected to an active display port adapter plugged into the video card display port.

The issue only happens on the Samsung monitor using the HD7970. I was running GTX 460 in SLi for years with no issues. I swapped the old video cards back to test and it works flawlessly. I have replaced my XFX HD 7970 by RMA with a new card and I am still getting the same issues. I replaced my active mini display port adapter as well. I tested the Monitor and all cables and they work fine with other PC's. I really believe it is the HD7970 video card that does not play nice with this old Samsung monitor.

Anyone have any advice? I think I am either going to get rid of the monitor or go back to Nvidia and maybe buy GTX 680's or 690's. This is really frustrating. I contacted XFX support and they are no help either.

Oh I forgot to add that if I disable the Samsung monitor in CCC the computer works fine. Do I have too much resolution for this card maybe?

This is a video, sorry for the shakey hands and burp. I was drinking coke lol.

If I turn the monitor off and back on it fixes the problem but it wont stop the BSOD. Notice the monitor also goes black for some reason.

I just remembered that I did run the Dell and Samsung only for a week and it was still having the same issues. Surely the card can handle two 24 inch monitors. I tried swapping all the cables and ports but that didn't help.

Did you try using the monitor on a different computer? Just to eliminate that issue
