Is there any program available that shows you how much power in watts that your system is using?

Sorry to not answer you question directly, but I've used an analogue device to this for a while and find these the more reliable compared to any soft.

I am not aware of any software that can monitor power consumption of an entire PC system. And I highly doubt there is one.

Instead, use a power meter connected to a wall socket. And I agree with Karl that this is a much better measurement.

North America (eg OCN) seems to favour the Kill-a-watt version. I am using a German Brennenstuhl version.

Here is a Kill-a-watt:-

I use a killawatt to measure my computer's power consumption. It works pretty well. smile.gif
