Currently i'm sitting on 3.6 at 1.250 volts with 1600mhz ram at 1.7 (Wouldnt boot at 1.65) I've memtested the ram numerous times and its come up clean frown.gif

My board has an issue if I don't manually set the command rate to 2, even though the ram is spec'd as 1T.

There are two pictures of my chip under full load with IBT at stock and 4.0 GHz showing min max and avg V in HWMon.

Models a 990FXA-UD7

And sorry, but that doesnt tell me anything biggrin.gif

Under load at 4.4 ghz and 1.45 volts in bios, CPUz reported 1.290 and HWmonitor reported 1.330 (For my CPU)

I concur....his problems are sounding more like mem conflicts then cpu not oc'ing

Here's a preview of what I'll be posting for my max OC although I'll play with the mem timings and speed to tweak it first.

Okay, results updated. Go check them out in the first post of the thread. You can see how the chips are doing and what's still needed. I think we're almost 2/3 of the way done with round 1.

Ok here are the AIDA64 and single core Cinebench 10. All the others I can not complete as Im not stable enough. 4GHZ at 1.6V is a bit of an ask for a Propus biggrin.gif

BK if you're unstable at 4 back down to where you are stable and I'll reflect the speed difference in the charts. I'll be doing that with the i3 anyways since the max overclock is something like 200 MHz or so.
