:eek.gif: Samsung f4 ..lol ..OK Mr frosty..You wanna be the 2500K contributor? Have at it..run all the required benches..Otherwise..Your posts mean nada

PS..Don't forget 30 IBT runs..That's IBT..not Linx..Apparently, reading comprehension is not your forte.

Alright, finished rerunning the benches at 4.875GHz. The requirement is still 30 runs in IBT but I thought I would lead by example. I'm of course using the modified H40 w/ an H50 copper block and dual H40/50 radiators w/ distilled water and corrosion/anti-microbe additive.

I keep getting asked so I'll post it before anyone asks again. Voltage was set to 1.4625 which increased to 1.51-1.52 under load. And if you're interested ambient in the room was 23C

Schmuckley - I just noticed a discrepency with your results. You ran IBT as a "960T" but then the benchmarks as "1600T". We need it to match (prevents finger pointing and "see he ran unstable"). Just do the IBT runs and post that. As long as the CPU-Z settings match the rest there's of course no need to rerun the benches. sub edit- I take it back....your aida results are at 4cores too. We'll need those rerun as well. sub edit, edit - We also need just the CPU tab in passmark that breaks down the CPU passmark score into individual sections.

Post 'em when you finally get to where you want to be. thumb.gif

I just noticed in your sig the link to an AMD temps discussion. Want me to forward all the emails I received from AMD Tech support explaining in depth exactly what they're saying in that thread? (I posted them in another thread and STILL there were people arguing it "well....how do you know TCase isn't core temps??" until I had the Tech support guy explain exactly what TCase is and how the core temps are derived by a TJunction Max formula.)

I figured it out. Forgot to raise the CPU/NB V to 1.20 and then all was happy happy joy joy.

Yes, please send them to me. I'd love to take a look at them. wink.gif

kewl. In a fortnight I am on night shift again, which gives me good opportunity to play with the settings again. will push it up and see how high I can get it stable to see what this chip is capable of. What I was thinking might be interesting also is to run it on only 1 core to get it up high, and see how the single core bench's compare.
