Thats pretty rediculous -.- i don't know how it is in the US but here in the Netherlands if you buy something you have 7 day orso to return it and they can't charge you for it i think.

Yea, if you're returning it instantly and you don't abuse the returns through the Egg, they should take it with no restock.. just get on the the chat help service and explain. Trust me, that thing will get resold instantly if you didn't cut the seal on it.

This. Don't break the seal on it and explain to newegg what happened. They should return it as long as you pay for return shipping. You could sell it easily here on the marketplace but you need 35 rep to do so.

Sweet. Newegg told me I can refund it no problem with NO restocking fee as long as its unopened which it will be. They even told me to just refuse delivery so it could be sent back, but I opted out of that. I can see too many things going wrong lol. It might collect dust for a few days in a warehouse or something so I will just send it back myself. Either way I am stoked that I can get out of this mistake lol.
