I am ready even though my rig ain't, been using a GT 430 on the beta and somehow I've found a very playable mid-settings.thumb.gif
Will purchase and pre-download in a couple of days.

I tried all the compatibility solutions but still couldn't quite figure it out, not to mention it took 3-4 minutes before I even got a black screen.
I'll just wait for D3 and tryout EQ2 since its free to play!

I got it to work. If I run into any problems, I'll be sure to check that out.

Just make sure you have the game exe set to Windows XP and Run as admin. That's what I did right away and I'm playing the game right now.

Are you installing from physical CDs or from battle.net? Also, try adding -w to the shortcut if you haven't already. May or may not help.

I used the CDs and did the full install. I didn't try it using the 2d setting but I think thats what I did on my windows 7 laptop and it ran okay using the integrated hd4200, but did not look too good at all.
