Building a video editing rig for a co worker

OK so this is for a coworker for video editing, rendering, and the possibility of light gaming. Budget $1500, Thats the max, and The processor is already in hand( unless you can find another one inside the budget then ill just keep it and make another system.

I like the Build you put together, forgot the pricing for a copy of windows. Maybe drop the 100$ for the 7950 and go back to a 6950? also possibly drop the a 2700k or 2600k?

Also idk about samsung ram, Seems sketchy to me.

Cool will keep that in consideration, Though he said it will be a few months before he has the money together so i will have to keep an eye on the prices at microcenter.

And yes i was very excited when i found out i was stationed near a microcenter. Makes up for the assignment in the middle of nowhere

Yea was kinda leaning towards the intel builds for it, besides might be an excuse for a cheap folding rig down the line if i keep the 1090 for myself. but try to see what you can do with it.
