Hello OCN!!
I am in kind of a desperate situation GPU wise. My GTX460 1GB is starting to artifact at lower then stock clocks and I'm using my integrated GPU on my i5.
I kind of wanted a new build all together but i really all i really do is play games so no need for an 3960X and quad SLI lol
I have about $400 to spend on a GPU for my sig rigg. I am an nvidia fanboii since that is all I have ever used. But I am open to the red team i just hear about a lot of issues with drivers so im kind of iffy. I Dont have the option for SLI or Xfire since im running a MITX setup with 1 PCI X16 slot.
I know I might run into a bottleneck with my cpu but i think at the clocks i have it at it should perform decent.
All i really do right now is play BF3 @ 1920X1080 (@ medium with my GTX460 since I like to get constant 60+ FPS) I wouls love to turn up the eye candy ans get a healthy boost in my gaming experience. I know a GTX480 is a good proce but i was looking more at non reference cards like the 7870 Asus DCUII or the HAWK style. It has to be dual slot since I only have 2 PCI slots on my case. Tho I am not shy from reference
