Will Vista drivers work for Windows 7?

Thread Starter
My friend is going from XP to Win7, and this is his motherboard. The drivers all listed there support windows xp and up to vista, no mention of win7. So I'm wondering if this will pose an issue.

It won't be an issue. Back when Windows 7 was released in 2009 there were not a lot of Windows 7 drivers for a ton of devices, so I'd use just the latest Vista drivers and they have always worked. thumb.gif

Even now some manufacturers are lazy to release drivers for Windows 7 becuase they know the Vista ones are going to work. biggrin.gif
