[Nvidia] Nvidia GTC 2012

Nvidia Public Relationship Manager George Millington wrote in Nvidia Blog (1st May) that

On May 15th, 10:30am PT, NVIDIA CEO and co-founder Jen-Hsun Huang...'ll announce some big GPU news that you'll not want to miss.

The phrase 'big GPU news' is interesting. Does this refer to big news of GPU or news of big GPU (ie GK110)?rolleyes.gif
Does the adjective 'big' modify 'news' or 'GPU'?

Any English grammarian here?

I am not a native english speaker, but it seems like GPU and news are modified as a whole and since it is GPU related news I'd say it wont be about BigK, but i could be wrong.

Moreover it would feel weird considering gtx 690 and gtx 670 hitting the market at about the same time and NVIDIA already announcing future products.

They've already announced the GTX 690... and the ***** cards like the 660 and 670 aren't news.

YAY FOR BIG KEPLER
It could be either based on phase structure.

However, I don't think they'd refer to possible GK100/GK110 as a big gpu, that's less than an ideal marketing term. My guess is it's just regular news they're hyping to be big.

I'm going with this too. It'll def have a tie in to D3. Maybe a combo deal or something? Free D3 with purchase of 660TI or 670? lol.
