MSI is starting to irritate me with my RMA. I'm going to have to call them because my motherboard arrived last monday and my tracker still hasn't been updated. Whats the point of having a tracker if your Point of Sale system isn't used and/or your employees are too lazy to update. I'm willing to bet my new motherboard is going to be shipped out tomorrow and tracker still won't be updated.
I have RMAd a gpu with MSI, I found they didn't have the best updating on status as well but they were quick, had my gpu back in hand before I knew it was even on it's way.
I kinda prefer that to having a tracking number for days before it actually ships out.
