Try the settings like these, starting at post #70. That should let the power phase LEDs blink. But mine don't and it doesn't have any terrible effects.

So I guess this msi board need few sec between cold boot to start?

Mine does about half the time.

Another thing I notice is that whenever I change the setting in bios for oc, the board will go on and off for two times. And if I leave enough time between boot, it manage to boot.
Does everyone with gd65 experience such problems? I'm not sure whether I should rma my board

Mine only does that when I'm pushing the DRAM OC too much or not enough DRAM voltage.
I have mine Turbo OC'd at the moment and my g45 blink. However, the first phase LED always remains lit(Like it should) and the other 3 stay very dim lit until loads.

1) Is your Windows 7 genuine? Not torrented, etc...
2) If it is retail purchased, I would restore mobo settings to default and try a different sata port on the mobo.
3) If it still doesn't work, I would try a different sata cord.
4) Make sure all cords are tightly installed
5) If all else fails, try a different hard drive.
6) If you can attempt all of this, and it doesn't work.. It could also be the DVD drive malfunctioning... the Windows 7 CD... or your mobo.

I would eliminate ALL OTHER POSSIBILITIES before assuming your mobo is bad and needs to be RMA'd. Hope this helps.

Can any of you guys help me with a bios update? I'm currently running version 2.0. I have tried downloading version 2.5 via the live update application and then installing it in windows. Everytime I do it, it says it's succesfull but after rebooting I'm still running version 2.0
Whatever

Then you aren't installing it. Live update only downloads the file. You have to execute the file to install it in windows.

GnarlyCharlie: I have a suggestion that will maybe fix your problem, Disable EuP 2013 in BIOS.

I'm not sure if you're trolling, or not.
I clearly said I downloaded it via the live updater and then installed it in windows.
