curious what they mean by FULL cover blocks? is it going to be more like the hydrocopper blocks? cuase those look like FULL cover blocks. if they mean it will just look like what they have done in the past, I think I will just wait for EVGA... since they look amazing.

Full cover block is a block that covers VRMs, RAMs and GPU.
I think the term was coined back then by EKWB.
There is no need actually to have a piece of plastic (like stock cooler) go from one side to another of printed board.
It just adds to price and weight without any cooling attributes.

that is true... but its pretty... and we are talking at most a few degrees difference on cards, that have already been shown to not benefit in the overclocking department much by watercooling.
