Overclocking AMD A6 3410mx

My specs are:
AMD A6-3410mx 1.6Ghz (2.3Ghz Turbo)
RAM 8Gb
AMD Radeon HD 6750m and AMD Radeon HD 6520g

It's HP's laptop put I don't remember which one. I overclocked it to 2.6Ghz 1,15V, but cpu-z only shows 1.5-1.6Ghz (1.) no matter is it stressed or not. I ran Intel Burn Test Standard 10 runs and it's stable. Why I am getting so high temperature 88 C (2.). "Help - A6-3410mx" in this thread they have colder temperatures with more Volts.

And sorry for my possible bad english.

Now I have made new OC. Still need to undervolt P1-P5. I could use 0,6875V in P6, but in IBM standard run lasts 1-10s longer if I use under 0,7250V. And have to change B0 to something. Image is old now I have 2,6ghz with 1,1500V because 1,1375V crashed with IBM very high. Max temperature is 89 C which is same as stock max. What you think about this OC?
