Just checked out a review of the sapphire 7970 oc and I think that is what I will go with. updated my first post biggrin.gif

even when newer more amazing graphics cards come out next year or what not I should still be able to re-sell the 7970 for a decent amount and then upgrade. thumb.gif

chose the corsair 600t because I don't need a full tower (NZXT Switch 810) even then the corsair is a pretty large mid-tower

as far as the hdd I am going to see what sort of deal I can find this weekend other wise I'll pick up the case/os

Well what games will you be playing? You would be better off grabbing a GTX 680. They will have about the same average FPS, but a GTX 680 will have a better min fps.

I love my 600T, I have the white one. I had to take off the window so I could put in fans to cool my SLI setup(when I had it). My cards still were reaching 80C+. But the 600T is about the side of smaller full towers. I was not expecting it to be so big doh.gif

I want to play BF3, Portal 2, Borderlands, Civilization V, GTA IV, Crysis 1&2, Star Wars:The Old Republic.

Yeah I saw pics of the 600t next to another mid-tower and the 600t looked like a full tower tongue.gif

For BF3, Civ V GTA and Crysis: Nvidia card would be better/
For SWTOR: AMD cards are better.

I play SWTOR with my resolution on my GTX 680 and it plays perfect tongue.gif
