Major losses between MSI Z77A-G45 and Z77A-GD65

Hi guys, like title says, which should I go for?
I need to change my MOBO cuz it's broken, planning to upgrade the cPU in the future. I will not do high-end OC, I'm more low-mid with what my CPU cooler Zalman CNPS9700 can do. I'm in need of a GD65 or it's ok with the smaller sister?
If you have any other Z77 that I should consider just say it! wink.gif my budget it's not more than 180$/Euros
Thanks

ASRock Extreme4 would fit nicely to your budget if it's available in your country.
The GD45 doesnt look bad, but I would probably take the GD65 if those 2 were my only choices.
