Ocz solid 60gb

I know ocz is known for being very unreliable, but my question is weather the newer non-sandforce ones are any better

I would honestly just stay away from OCZ IMHO. Crucial, Plexter and Samsung have been proven time and time again how reliable and fast they are, at a much better price point. Honestly, just jump on a Crucial M4 when they are only $1 a GB, which is pretty common these days. thumb.gif

I know, just hoping ovz might have pulled its act together (more compation is always good for us)

Are you talking about the Solid 3? If so, it's Sandforce.

I'd stay far away from OCZ's cheapest SSD. Hard enough getting their top tier stuff to last.
