1) Do you think replacing my Graphics Card for a 680 GTX be enough for ultra (1080P)? Perhaps Graphics Card and add 6 GB more of RAM?
2) What software could I use to run in the background that can tell me CPU/GPU/Memmory usage? I am sure there has to be a better way than ALT TAB and check Task Manager/CCC right?
With GPU at 100% and CPU not peaked, your bottleneck is definitely the 5870. 1366 chips still have plenty of grunt left, especially overclocked, but if you can get $2000 for your PC I say do it. Grab either 2011 or Ivy.
If you're content to stick with the 1366 chip, just upgrade the GPU to a 680 or 7970, it should be plenty to push 1080p BF3.
