scroll wheel for the option to climb to come up, and I have found at least an AKM and makarov there every time(although I've found M4A3's and G17's there regularly as well).

Yeah I never got the option for it, on the two that I tried. I feel like I missed out now.

Yeah there were tons of zombies in there, had to be so careful!

The Balota deer stands are interesting.
The zombies tend to get stuck underneath them and face away from the ladders. You can effectively prone to the stand and climb up without being noticed.
For me the zombies will climb up and fall down or just stand there. Shooting the ones that don't fall back down doesn't seem to agro the others. Fairly easy to loot actually.
I just camp the first stand that is near the sandbags you can step over. Spawns are fairly fast so if you keep picking up the items and dropping them off the side you can eventually find a decent weapon.

Just food and drink are hard to come by. I'm rocking an AKM with 6 mags, but starving and dehydrated tongue.gif

Hackers suck. That is all.

We had everything set, and were getting ready to make the trip back to the island where we found the heli with parts to fix it, when we all got teleported to a thunderdome type of killing area. I was on a boat about to dock and friends were in our UAZ with the parts. The location stuck so we all ended up just south of the NW airfield after being near Solichny or whatever. VERY frustrating. And they kept teleporting people back into it on the server. Heli will have to wait for another night now.

Finding even a can of soda is really common (for me anyways). Food I agree is hard to come by if you don't ever hit up a grocery store. Once someone gave me the advice of just going to a grocery store for food, I've never been hungery again. One trip will give you enough food to last a week at least.

You cant assume that going into a supermarket will give you food. I was killed by a bug and spawned in the debug area, when I logged out and in I was at the coast of electro, will all my gear but no food. Being a low pop server I thought why not, and I looted elektro, I found NOTHING what so ever in terms of food.
Just a reminder that you can never always get what you want wink.gif There was plenty of sodas though.. Not of much use since I was full of them already.

I've taken to just finding a knife and hunting. There are enough animals and barrel fires everywhere you can often grab a quick meal.
