Arma 2 Dayz Mod: Zombie Survival Simulation. - Page 4

I need people to play this with. Every time i enter a town someone comes along and kills me. been killed within half an hour of restarting my character everytime (all by bandits) barely come across zombies, not had the chance

Could OP update and put this in info pls?


HOW TO INSTALL!!


To install Dayz to the the Steam version, follow this guide.

4.) Create a shortcut to Operation Arrowhead on the desktop (or where ever), right click on it and go to the Shortcut tab. Add -nosplash -mod=@dayz after the quotes at the end of the target line.

There are also programs you can use to auto install and update, but I don't use them because I like to keep things fresh.

I must play this!

Not all bandits are bad. A lot get the bandit skin from Self Defense. Meaning they were fired on but the player missed, they returned fire and was more successful with their bullets. They then lose humanity if it is a survivor that shot at them.

Tough world.

This mod has lots of hype right now

Right now I know why our character is saved in server.
Bandit is not bad, survivor is not good, so who is friendly?

Arma 2 CO is Steam's top seller atm. I'm sure D3 coming out is a big part of that though. Still waiting for a Steam sale for OA.

Haha exactly! Saw 2 bandits last night looting, they didn't respond to my friend ask, debated shooting them but left them alone instead. I was very inland and by myself.

So I'm a total nub. How do I open my pack and see my inventory? I just started and it's pitch black. Anyone want to login and help me?

I think its g. And flares you push f then click. The you have to push f again so you wont leep lighting flares. If you wanna pick it up and take it with you, you go to where you threw it and type enter and the option to pick ir put out will come up. Just select puck up flare. Z, x, and c let you go prone, crouch, or stand up. Period and comma let you switch between chat channels and bring up chat bar. Good luck.
