There is a thread about this on the MyCrysis forum, not sure if you've seen it or not, but it looks like you're not alone. I'd try EA support again and let them know that you would like to be compensated. Be nice to the rep this time, like a girl you wanna.. poke.gif

I'm not on my main pc right now but I can check if my crysis 2 dlc is missing too.

edit: My dlc is gone as well. So far, their "tool" still doesn't work.

I didn't make any progress with CS yet either, as I guess their only tool doesn't work. Guy says it will be back up within an hour, so I will be getting back with him.

Kakul: Damon I am sorry I am not able to help you in this case at the moment .I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but the tool through which we could pull up your Account details is presently not functioning. We are expecting this tool to be functional again with in an hour or two. I would appreciate if you could please get back to us after an hour or two in order to get better assistance in this matter.
