Too much imo.

They're (580) fairly easy to find in the 300-315 range. The ones I've recently seen in this (~$310ish) have been up for 1week+

If it overclocks well then 330 shipped would be reasonable. As an Average OCer I would say 300-310

$300 - $310 shipped, be prepared to get offers for like $280-ish though. I picked up the one in my sig for $300 and it has a non-ref cooler.

There are quite a few used 580s for sale, you might run into problems selling it. Not many people prefer Zotac when they can get EVGA or MSI for ~$10 more.
