Seems like an alright deal if you are worried about OCing.

tbh i am thinking of going for a H80 guys from my understanding a H100 wont cool the small die any better but before i go with either of the H100 or H80 what are your thoughts ?
Nice job so far guys keep it up...

I first bought the H70 (wanted to select my own fans). I also wanted to mount the radiator as intake in the front bays of my Corsair 500r. But after I got it home, I soon found out that the radiator and the hoses did not fit. I'm not sure if this would be the same issues as the H80. So I returned the H70 and went with a H100 to utilize the hidden radiator tray. I'm happy with the set up but I did not try the H70 at all so I can't give you a comparison. But thought I'd throw my 2 cents in.

they are available from stores also for the 3770K and on ebay just look around and you will see exactly what i mean.... http://click.intel.com/tuningplan/ << edited price directly through intel is far cheaper then ebay and others so i would say to buy it through them directly instead ... rolleyes.gif

as for its purpose well i`d say its so as intel can try knock AMD off the top for the world overclocking champ i believe giving people extra incentive to go higher with less worry.

thanks for the reply mate H70 is always an option like you said better fans can make a slight diff even if only 1 deg c that is a huge diff with these chips as the ocn overclocking guide says biggrin.gif

Corsair H70 Cooler

That's pretty impressive: 4.6ghz with only 1.184v and a max temp of 76C. Do you mind validating that with CPU-Z?

not bad for a stock cooler H80 coming within a month so will see how she goes clocked and under load then..... tongue.gif
