Ahhh... looks like a push-pin retention system. Me no like those, they tend not to give adequate pressure on the CPU die.

If your planning to OC, I'd suggest something with a well known track record. Also a 92 mm fan may not be up to the task of cooling a decent OC very well.

Whats your budget?

i dont really have a budget i was just curious tbh ill prolly get the hyper 212 any other thoughts on anything else tho? it will be for cooling my amd 8120 id really like to get around 4.0-4.5 OC

I hear good things about the 212.

There are a ton of excellent air coolers out there. If money is no object, you may consider the veneral Noctua NH-D14, or even a Xigmatek SM128164 Colosseum. Xiggy has a good track record with air coolers.
