Hey I've been playing battlefield 3 since it came out I have about 145 hours played. I don't know what to call the issue I'm having at first I thought it was called screen flickering. Looked it up and people that are having the problem don't describe the same thing. So I looked up artifacting also not the same issue. Then I looked up screen tearing and I believe that's what my issue is called. Except compared to others my is really bad and it tears really fast. The only thing I have done to my computer is replace the bios chip and of course to do that I had to take out the video cards.
Though if I put the game in windowed mode it works fine. Also if I restart the game sometimes it can manage to magically fix itself...
Obviously vsync would be an option but I play at a competitive level and wouldn't want the mouse input lag to interfere with my aspect of gaming. Like I said I never had this problem before so I'm not sure what's going on. If you guys could help that would be great
