Tired of my old beat up case. Help me find a suitable full tower.

So Ive stuck with a Thermaltake kandalf LCS for my last 3 builds, and now I have a possible Ivy build for myself. Whether or not I keep my Ivy chip though im sick of my old case as the cable management on it sucked so I have made modifications to fit my last 3 builds. I am ready for something new...

Needs to be full tower, have decent cable managment, and have room for WC supplies (needs room for a 360 and a 120 rad, pump, and 240x50mm res atm but I wouldnt mind room for additional) So far I am really leaning towards the Xigmatek Elysium ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811815011 ) but am definitely open to suggestions as I havent been in the market for a case I would appreciate for a while (most of my builds for others entail budget cases <$100)

Shoot me some links and twist my arm or push me to buy the Elysium if that is your favorite. thumb.gif

As you do not specify a budget, I suppose the linked Elysium's price of US$220 + $30 shipping is roughly your budget (ie around US$250).

For this budget, Lian Li PC-P80 is an alternative. It is also of similar size to the Elysium but since it is mostly aluminum, it weighs about 7.9kg which is 50% only of Elysium's 15.5kg.

I aint worried about the price, im more concerned with what it offers. Weight wont factor in for me, and the lack of cable routing in the Lian Li PCP80 makes it a no go for me (not to mention it looks a bit sparse on the other amenities)

As another example I just saw in a parallel thread here the NZXT Switch 810 ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146089 ) looks like it has its bases covered as far as rad mounting and cable management, and looks good while doing it.

I am looking around at cases, but there are so many I probably never would have found the elysium or switch without hearing about it first so any feedback is appreciated.

Keep the ideas and case experiences coming please.

I have tried the Switch 810 and to me it just felt too flimsy to be honest. Although this was after switching from a Corsair 800D .

Since it sounds like you will want to stick with this case for awhile, you may want to look into CaseLabs . I just ordered an M8 from there and it will definitely fit everything you want and then some. Plus, the owner is a member of these forums.

Another option that seems to be highly recommended is the Silverstone TJ07 . I've heard alot of good things about this case.
