It doesnt increase fps however it has by far the lowest hit of any form of AA

I do prefer SMAA over FXAA for injecting anti-aliasing manually into games.. It's just as light but (IMO) gives a better IQ as a result. Less smudging.

Thanks for that, i might try it out. A bit of a hassle to inject it every time you start the game though

That's not necessary. You can either add the files to the affected games' folders permanently or make batch start scripts that move the files to the game folder for as long as you play it, should you also want to retain a hassle-free non-SMAA startup option.
